<Registration Instruction>
Registration starts on March 25, 2019 (Monday)
• Purchase fight tickets first and then send your registration application if the official website (uezu.net) indicates that the total number of applicants has not reached 200. If the website indicates the number of applicants has reached threshold, please contact the organizer before purchasing flight tickets.
• Once the total number of applicants reaches 250, registration will be closed.
• No cancellation or change after completion of registration. You can transfer your registration to someone for free before January 30, 2020 (20% handling fee after this date).

<Important Notes>
• Please acquire an appropriate visa for entry to India. Proxy application service by the designated travel agency is available at 8,000JPY. Please indicate in your registration application if you need the service.
• The designated travel agency offers the currency exchange service for 10,000JPY to rupees. Please indicate in your registration application if you need the service.
