Comments from Organizer:
• Please keep the noise level down and give consideration to others as there is a library in the same building and some other events will take place on the same day
• Eating/drinking is not allowed in the common area like the lobby; you can have lunch inside the venue room (Reception Hall) only
• There is a cafe inside the building and a convenience store about 600 meters away; there is no restaurant nearby
