• Free parking is available.
• Transportation between the Ena train station and the venue can be arranged. Please inform the organizer by the day before if you need that arrangement.

・ There will be no meal break, so please have lunch before coming to the venue
・ You can bring your own beverages in the venue but not foods from outside the hotel
・ There is no convenience store nearby; there are a restaurant and a cafe in the hotel
・ We kindly ask for your consideration and cooperation to keep the quiet environment for other hotel guests
