Taiwan Seminar in May 2020: Rescheduling of Seminar

Taiwan seminar and the pre-event meditation gathering originally scheduled for May 29 through June 1 are postponed to later this year. A new schedule will be announced as soon as it is finalized.

India Seminar in September 2020: New Schedule

After discussion with Mr. Uezu, we have decided to postpone the Indian seminar to September 2020 as follows.

We will still pay close attention to the development of the situation and make necessary adjustments when necessary.

To the registered:
Please read the following new arrangements, and take action based on the current situation and experience of previous itinerary arrangements.

Flight Arrangement
1. Please try your best to purchase tickets of the following new recommended flights to facilitate airport pick-up and drop-off arrangements. You can choose any of the recommended flights below regardless of your nationality and residence.
2. In view of the complexity of the airport pick-up arrangement, we do not arrange airport pick-up for students who choose other than the following suggested flights. Even if the arrival time is close to any of the recommended flight, we ask you to arrange transportation from airport to the hotel in Delhi on your own.
3. Those who live in countries other than Japan, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan (no recommended flights) are not subject to the above article#2, but please also try to choose a flight with an arrival time close to and before the recommended flight.
4. Also to avoid the complexity of the itinerary, please try to buy the same flight ticket as your roommate at hotel.

Cancellation Policy
1. If you want to cancel your registration, please confirm with the staff by April 15, then we will refund the full amount.
2. Cancellations on or after April 16 will be cancelled as normal, that is, the full amount will not be refunded.
3. After April 16, we will decide whether to open the waiting list considering the actual situation.
4. If you cancel by June 30 and we could fill your spot with an alternate participant, we will allow you to transfer your registration with a 20% administrative fee (based on the total tuition and travel fees); If the transfer is unsuccessful as of June 30, it will be deemed canceled and the full amount will not be refunded.
5. After June 30, no more registration transfer nor change of flights, accommodation, etc. will be accepted.

India Seminar in March 2020: Rescheduling

The Indian government has taken steps to restrict the entry of certain visitors to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

This has forced many participants to give up on the seminar attendance, so we have decided to postpone the Indian seminar to later this year, hoping to enable all of us to go together as planned.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience to those who have registered for the seminar.

We will let you know as soon as a new schedule is determined.
