Ryukyu Do Ai Seminar, which will be held from January 26 to January 28, 2019 at Costa Vista Okinawa Hotel & Spa in Okinawa, requires pre-registration.

Registration starts at 12:00pm on October 7 (Sunday), 2018 in Japan Time, and will be closed once the maximum capacity of the venue is reached. Please note that any application received before the above start time is to be considered void.

You can choose one of the following methods for registration (the first method is strongly preferred).
(1) Send email to info@uezu.net with your name, email address, phone number and whether you will attend the whole program or which lecture(s) you will attend in case of partial attendance. Please also indicate whether you need accommodation arrangement by the organizer, with the info of the check-in & check-out dates and the preferred room type (from single to quadruple occupancy).
(2) Submit the filled application form to Ms. Hayashida at the venue of any seminars after the start time.

Please note that penalty charges will be incurred for your cancelation made on or after January 16, 2019. Even when cancelation/changes are made before this date, there will be some occasions depending on room assignments that penalty charges are incurred.

As the maximum capacity of the venue has been reached, we are no longer able to accept new participants for the 2018 Year-End & New Year Seminar, which will be held at Yui Nakijin from December 30, 2018 to January 1, 2019. All new applicants from now on will be registered in the waiting list and informed when a seat becomes available.
