Ryukyu Do Ai Seminar, which will be held from January 26 to January 28, 2019 at Costa Vista Okinawa Hotel & Spa in Okinawa, requires pre-registration.

Registration starts at 12:00pm on October 7 (Sunday), 2018 in Japan Time, and will be closed once the maximum capacity of the venue is reached. Please note that any application received before the above start time is to be considered void.

You can choose one of the following methods for registration (the first method is strongly preferred).
(1) Send email to info@uezu.net with your name, email address, phone number and whether you will attend the whole program or which lecture(s) you will attend in case of partial attendance. Please also indicate whether you need accommodation arrangement by the organizer, with the info of the check-in & check-out dates and the preferred room type (from single to quadruple occupancy).
(2) Submit the filled application form to Ms. Hayashida at the venue of any seminars after the start time.

Please note that penalty charges will be incurred for your cancelation made on or after January 16, 2019. Even when cancelation/changes are made before this date, there will be some occasions depending on room assignments that penalty charges are incurred.

As the maximum capacity of the venue has been reached, we are no longer able to accept new participants for the 2018 Year-End & New Year Seminar, which will be held at Yui Nakijin from December 30, 2018 to January 1, 2019. All new applicants from now on will be registered in the waiting list and informed when a seat becomes available.

If you would like to be registered in the waiting list, please send email to info@uezu.net with the following information:

• Contact info (email address or phone number)
• Seminar date(s) you participate

*Please note that pre-registration is required for all participants and strictly no walk-in is allowed due to the venue capacity.

For Hiroshima Seminar in October, it turns out to be difficult to book a return flight seat from Hiroshima Airport on October 30 as those are in high demand. Therefore, the following flights are booked Mr. Uezu. Please note that the return flight departs from Iwakuni in Yamaguchi, instead of Hiroshima.

Oct 29: NH675 (Haneda 9:15 – Hiroshima 10:40) ← usual flight
Oct 30: NH636 (Iwakuni* 14:25 – Haneda 15:55)
*Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport (IWK) is located in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

You may consider a flight from Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport if you have a difficulty in booking a seat in a flight from Hiroshima.

Please be informed that the venue for the first evening session of Nakashibetsu Yasuragi-no-Sato Seminar scheduled for September 2018 is changed back to Toyo Grand Hotel from Hotel Maruei Onsen Tawarabashi.

Please be informed that the venue for the first evening session of Nakashibetsu Yasuragi-no-Sato Seminar scheduled for July and August 2018 is changed back to the Toyo Grand Hotel.

At this point, the venue for the first evening session in September remains at the Hotel Maruei Onsen Tawarabashi as announced earlier. Please check the website for possible change of the venue when the event approaches.

On July 16, the venue will be open between the morning session and the evening session.
