Ohisama-no-kai seminar scheduled for July 2025 requires pre-registration.

Please contact naraohisamanokai@gmail.com for registration and inquiries; include your name, mailing address and phone number in your email. Applicants will receive a registration confirmation email within a week or so after the application submission.

Pre-registration ends when we reach the venue capacity.

Comments from Organizer:
• Parking at the venue is reserved for the facility employees and event organizers only; guests can be dropped off but not allowed to use the parking
• Eating/drinking is not allowed in the common area like the lobby; you can have lunch inside the venue room (Reception Hall) only
• There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby
• Please keep the noise level down and give consideration to others as there is a library in the same building and some other events will take place on the same day

Fureai-no-Kai (Yamanashi) scheduled for May 13 (Tue), 2025 is held at the following venue for the first time.

Sutama Fureaikan (Sutama Noson Sogo Koryu Terminal Hall)

* Do not contact the facility for any inquiries.
* Eating is not allowed in the hall and the lobby. You can drink non-alcoholic beverages in a capped bottle or closed-top container.
* The organizer recommends that you have lunch before coming to the venue.
* The organizer will provide transportation from/to JR Nagasaka station. Advance reservation is necessary for a ride.

Timetable is changed to the following.
