・JP￥30,000 for 3 days / JP￥10,000 for one day
・US$100 Handling Fee per person

Accommodation at Venue Hotel
Prices arranged by Organizer (you can book this/other hotel by yourself)
・Single Occupancy US$192+Tax/night
・Double Occupancy US$109+Tax/night
・Triple Occupancy (twin beds) US$73+Tax/night
・Quadruple Occupancy (twin beds) US$54.50+Tax/night
*Porter fee (approx. US$20/person) will be added to the above
*No meal included
*Tax is expected to be around 20% (subject to change)
*If you request multiple occupancy and roommate(s) are not available to meet your request, you will be charged for the assigned occupancy
Note: Cancellation after February 21, 2026 (JST) will be charged 100% of the booked room charges

Transportation b/w Airport & Venue Hotel
Transportation will be arranged for fee by the organizer for the designated flights and other flights. Seat reservation deadline is February 21, 2026 (JST) and cancellation after this date will be charged 100% of the fee.
