・JP￥30,000 for 3 days / JP￥10,000 for one day
・US$100 Handling Fee per person

Accommodation at Venue Hotel
Prices arranged by Organizer (you can book this/other hotel by yourself)
・Single Occupancy US$199+Tax/night
・Double Occupancy US$110+Tax/night
・Triple Occupancy (twin beds) US$74Tax/night
・Quadruple Occupancy (twin beds) US$55+Tax/night
*Porter fee (approx. US$20/person) will be added to the above
*No meal included
*Tax is expected to be around 20% (subject to change)
*If you request multiple occupancy and roommate(s) are not available to meet your request, you will be charged for the assigned occupancy
Note: Cancellation after December 20, 2024 (JST) will be charged 100% of the booked room charges

Transportation b/w Airport & Venue Hotel
Transportation will be arranged for fee by the organizer for the designated flights and other flights as much as possible. Seat reservation is required in advance and a fare price will be announced and collected on site.
