・JP￥30,000 for 3 days / JP￥10,000 for one day
・US$100 Handling Fee per person

Accommodation at Venue Hotel
Prices arranged by Organizer (you can book this/other hotel by yourself)
・Single Occupancy US$199+Tax/night
・Double Occupancy US$110+Tax/night
・Triple Occupancy (twin beds) US$74Tax/night
・Quadruple Occupancy (twin beds) US$74+Tax/night
*Porter fee (approx. US$20/person) will be added to the above
*No meal included
*Tax is expected to be around 20% (subject to change)
*If you request multiple occupancy and roommate(s) are not available to meet your request, you will be charged for the assigned occupancy
Note: Cancellation after June 15 (JST) will be charged 100% of booked room charges

Transportation b/w Airport & Venue Hotel
Transportation will be arranged for fee by Organizer for the designated flights. You can take the bus if your incoming flight arrives before NH184 and your outgoing flight leaves after NH183 shown below. Fee amount will be announced and collected on site.
