Ohisama-no-kai seminar on March 16 (Thu) require pre-registration for attendance to manage the maximum capacity of the venue.
Venue: Nara Kasugano International Forum IRAKA
Venue: 101 Kasuganocho, Nara-shi, Nara 630-8212
*20 minute walk from Exit 2 of the Kintetsu Nara Station
*Bus stop in front of Nara Kasugano International Forum IRAKA (take Kasugataisha Honden bound bus from the Nara station)

Pre-registration starts now and ends when we reach the venue capacity (200pax). Please contact naraohisamanokai@gmail.com for registration and inquiries; include your name, mailing address and phone number in your registration email. Applicants will receive registration confirmation email by March 7 (Tue).
Comments from Organizer:
* Eating/drinking is not allowed in the common area like the lobby and the garden. You can have lunch inside the venue room (Reception Hall 1) only.
* There is no convenience store or ATM near the venue.
* We ask you NOT to attend the seminar if you have any of the typical symptoms of COVID-19 such as high fever.
* Parking is reserved for the organizers and their supporting staff only. You can drop off or pick up a guest in front of the venue building, but no parking is available.
