Iris-no-Kai Seminar for November 2022 will be held as follows.

Date: November 29, 2022 (Monday)
Venue: Kanponoyado Ena (2709 Oicho, Ena-shi, Gifu)

From this time, the seminar requires pre-registration for attendance to manage the maximum capacity of the venue.

For registration, contact ena.iris.meet@gmail.com by November 21 (Mon). If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, organizer will decide which registrations to accept by lot. Applicants will be notified whether their registration is accepted or not by November 23 (Thu/Holiday).

Notes
*Face-covering is required in the entire facility, and we also ask you to clean your hands using sanitizer at entrance.
*You are not allowed to bring in foods at the facility. Beverages in a bottle with lid are OK to bring in.
*There are a restaurant and a cafe in the building. Also there is a park nearby where you can eat lunch if the weather permits, but there is no convenience store within a walking distance.
*Common room will be available right next to the venue. Please feel free to place your luggage or stay with your small child there.
*Please refrain from speaking loud or making loud sounds in the facility as there are hotel guests other than seminar participants.
