We gladly announce that the Hong Kong Seminar is scheduled for January 2020 as follows.

<Dates and Schedules>
Friday, January 10 – Sunday, January 12: Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing
• The timetable for seminar sessions will be posted once it becomes available.
• Any part of the schedules is subject to change without notice.

<Flights>
You can take any flight arriving by the end of Thursday, January 9 and leaving after late night on Sunday, January 12. Below is the info of flights booked for Mr. Uezu.

January 13 ⇒ NH812 10:00 Hong Kong Airport (HKG) – 15:10 Narita Airport (NRT)

<Venue & Lodging>
Regal Airport Hotel
9 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong
• The venue hotel is located within several-minute walk from the airport.
• This hotel is ISO22000-certified and you are not allowed to bring any foods from outside vendors into the facility.

<Fees>
Seminar Fee: 47,000JPY for 3 days (registration is accepted for the full 3-day attendance only)
[Child Discount: 23,500 for a child at age 11 or under; free for a child at age 5 or under (healing for fees)]
• Seminar fee should be paid in advance. Payment instruction will be provided after submission of registration request.
• No refund after completion of payment.
Hotel Rates:
– 1,150HKD/night for Superior Room (1 – 2 guests occupancy)
– 1,465HKD/night for Triple Room (3 guests occupancy)
– 1,570HKD/night for Quadruple room (4 guests occupancy)
• Those are special group rates with no meals, applicable to nights from January 8 through 13.

• No change after completion of hotel reservation; no refund for cancelation or any change.
• If you need a roommate, please inform the organizer.
