We gladly announce that the Bangkok Seminar is scheduled for March 2019 as follows.

<Dates and Schedules>
Tuesday, March 26 – Saturday, March 30 (seminar sessions are held for March 27 – 29)
Day 1 (March 26): Arriving Bangkok (see below for the flight information)
Day 2-4 (March 27 – 29): Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing
Day 5 (March 30): Leaving Bangkok (see below for the flight information)
• The timetable for seminar sessions will be posted a couple of days before the seminar start.
• Any part of the schedules is subject to change without notice.

<Flights>
March 26 ⇒ NH847 11:00 Haneda Airport (HND) – 16:15 Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
March 30 ⇒ NH848 10:15 Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) – 17:55 Haneda Airport (HND)
• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group transportation (airport ⇔ hotel).
• If you plan to take the group mini bus while taking flights other than the above, please make sure to book an incoming flight arriving before the designated flight and a departing flight leaving after the designated flight.
• If your flights are not within the above-specified group arrival/departure timeframe, please arrange transportation between airport and hotel on your own (a taxi costs around 400 Baht).
• If you arrange your own transportation between airport and hotel, you may also consider Don Mueang Airport (DMK) in Bangkok, which is closer to the venue hotel (a taxi costs around 200 Baht).

<Fees>
Seminar fee: 30,000JPY (covering 3-day sessions, lunch and teatime snacks)
Hotel rate:
– 6,600JPY/person/night for single occupancy (incl. breakfast)
– 3,300JPY/person/night for double occupancy (incl. breakfast)
Mini bus fare: 800JPY for one way; 1,600JPY for roundtrip
• Seminar fee and hotel charge will be collected in advance. Payment instruction will be provided at registration.
• Registration for less than 3 days is accepted: Seminar fee at 10,000JPY per day, or 9,000JPY for a half day incl. lunch and teatime snacks.

<Registration Deadlines>
January 25, 2019 (Friday) ⇒ Extended to 5pm on February 15 (Friday) JST
• Keep in mind the following cancellation policy.
– For cancellation by the deadline: 5,000JPY of seminar fees
– For cancellation or change after the deadline: 100% of hotel charges and 20,000JPY of seminar fees
• We may ask you to bear additional cost incurred for your roommate if you cancel a double-occupancy booking.
