<Dates and Schedules>
Thursday, December 1 – Monday, December 6 (seminar sessions are held for December 2 – 4)
Day 1 (December 1): Arriving Hawaii (see below for the flight information)
Day 2 – 4 (December 2 – 4): Seminar with lecture, meditation, Q&A and healing
Day 5 (December 5): Leaving Hawaii (see below for the flight information)

• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group shuttle bus (airport ⇔ hotel).
• If you plan to take the group shuttle bus while taking flights other than the above, please make sure to book an incoming flight arriving before the designated flight and a departing flight leaving after the designated flight.
• Any pre-process or documentation required for the U.S. immigration clearance, such as an ESTA approval or tourist visa, should be arranged on your own.

<Fees>
♦ Seminar fee: 30,000JPY for 3-day sessions/person (partial attendance will be accepted at 10,000JPY/day/person)
♦ Hotel rates:
   – 213USD/person/night for single occupancy (no meal included)
   – 107USD/person/night for double occupancy (no meal included)
   – 90USD/person/night for tripel occupancy (no meal included)
♦ Miscellaneous fee: 40USD
♦ Shuttle bus fare: TBA in USD (last year’s fare was 55USD for a round trip)
• Hotel charge and miscellaneous fee will be collected in advance. Payment instruction will be provided at registration.
• Seminar fee and shuttle bus fare will be collected on site.

<Registration Deadlines>
October 20, 2018 (Saturday) – Japan Standard Time
• Registration is complete once your payment of hotel charge and miscellaneous fee is confirmed. No refund or change is allowed after registration (you can transfer your registration to other applicant).
