Seminar Registration Fees: 30,000JPY/person for 3 days (10,000JPY/person for 1 day)
Hotel Rates:
▪ 7,500/person/night for double occupancy (including breakfast)
▪ 6,500/person/night for triple occupancy (including breakfast)
▪ 5,500/person/night for quadruple occupancy (including breakfast)

< Cancelation Policy >
Penalty charges will be incurred for cancelation as follows.
▪ Seminar Cancelation on/after September 17 (2 weeks before the event): 5,000JPY
▪ Hotel Cancelation
– On/after September 21 (10 days before the booking): 10% of hotel charge
– On/after September 29 (2 days before the booking): 20% of hotel charge
– On/after September 30 (1 day before the booking): 80% of hotel charge
– On October 1 (On the day of the booking): 100% of hotel charge
