We gladly announce that the Bangkok Seminar is scheduled for April 2018 as follows.

<Dates and Schedules>
Wednesday, April 4 – Sunday, April 8 (seminar sessions are held for April 5 – 7)
Day 1 (April 4): Arriving Bangkok (see below for the flight information)
Day 2-4 (April 5 – 7): Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing
Day 5 (April 8): Leaving Bangkok (see below for the flight information)
• The timetable for seminar sessions will be posted a couple of days before the seminar start.
• Any part of the schedules is subject to change without notice.

<Flights>
April 4 ⇒ NH847 11:05 Haneda Airport (HND) – 15:40 Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
April 8 ⇒ NH848 9:35 Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) – 17:55 Haneda Airport (HND)
• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group shuttle bus (airport ⇔ hotel).
• If you plan to take the group shuttle bus while taking flights other than the above, please make sure to book an incoming flight arriving before the designated flight and a departing flight leaving after the designated flight.
• If you take flights arriving late at night/after midnight, we can arrange transportation from the airport to the venue hotel for fee. Please inform the organizer upon registration.
• If you arrange your own transportation between airport and hotel, you may also consider Don Mueang Airport (DMK) in Bangkok, which is closer to the venue hotel.

<Fees>
Seminar fee: 30,000JPY (covering 3-day sessions and lunches)
Hotel rate: 4,000JPY/person/night for double occupancy (incl. breakfast)
Shuttle bus fare: TBA
• Seminar fee and hotel charge will be collected in advance. Payment instruction will be provided at registration.
• Registration for less than 3 days is accepted (seminar fee at 10,000JPY per day). Ask for details upon registration.
• If you prefer single-occupancy at hotel, please inform so at registration. Keep in mind, however, that there is no guarantee whether a single room will be available.
• No refund or discount will be arranged for breakfast and lunch even if you do not take it. Lunch will include many vegetables but also some seafood and meat)

<Registration Deadlines>
1st Deadline: 12pm on February 20, 2018 (Tuesday) – Japan Standard Time
2nd Deadline: 5pm on March 15, 2018 (Thursday) – Japan Standard Time
• For cancellation or change after the first deadline, you will be responsible for a full amount of canceled or reduced hotel stay charges.
• We may ask you to bear additional cost incurred for your roommate if you cancel a double-occupancy booking after the first deadline.
