Thursday, March 1 – Tuesday, March 6 (seminar sessions are held for March 2 – 4)
Day 1 (Mar 1): Arriving New York (see below for the flight information)
Day 2-4 (Mar 2 – 4): Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing

• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group shuttle bus.
• Please inform the organizer whether you need a shuttle bus ride for transportation between airport and hotel arranged for these flights.
• Any pre-process or documentation required for the U.S. immigration clearance, such as an ESTA approval or tourist visa, should be arranged on your own.

<Fees>
• Seminar fee: 42,000JPY (incl. 6 lecture sessions, 1 mini lecture session and 3 healing spots)
• Hotel rates are as follows:
– 575USD/person/night for single occupancy
– 340USD/person/night for double occupancy
• Shuttle bus fare: 25USD (tentative) for one-way between the airport and the hotel
• Payment instruction will be provided after completion of registration.

<Registration Deadline>
3pm on January 25 (Thursday), 2018 JST for seminar registration with hotel booking
