We gladly announce that the Hong Kong Seminar is scheduled for January 2018 as follows.

<Dates and Schedules>
Thursday, January 18 – Monday, January 22 (seminar sessions are held for January 19 – 21)
Day 1 (Jan 18): Arriving Hong Kong (see below for the flight information)
Day 2-4 (Jan 19-21): Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing
Day 5 (Jan 22): Leaving Hong Kong (see below for the flight information)

• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group reception/farewell at the airport.
• The venue hotel is located within 10-min walk from the airport.

<Fees>
Seminar Fee: 55,400JPY
Hotel Rates:
– 1,210HKD/person/night for single occupancy
– 605HKD/person/night for double occupancy
• Seminar fee should be paid in advance. Payment instruction will be provided after submission of registration request.
• Hotel charge should be paid directly to the hotel on arrival (credit card is accepted).
• No refund after completion of registration and payment.
• Please note that if you reserve a room for double occupancy and change your schedule or room type to single occupancy after the registration deadline, we may ask you to pay any additional charges incurred for a person paired as your roommate.

Registration payment should be received by the organizer by this date.
• Registration is accepted for the full 3-day attendance only. Contact the organizer if you wish to attend less than 3 days before arranging your trip.
• Hotel arrangement request is accepted for the 4-night stay from January 18, 2018 only. Other than that, please arrange the hotel booking on your own.
