<Dates and Schedules>
Thursday, December 3 – Monday, December 8 (seminar sessions are held for December 4 – 6)
Day 1 (December 3): Arriving Hawaii (see below for the flight information)
Day 2-4 (December 4 – 6): Seminar with lectures, meditation, Q&A and healing
Day 5 (December 7): Leaving Hawaii (see below for the flight information)

• The above are the designated flights arranged for the group shuttle bus (airport ⇔ hotel).
• If you plan to take the group shuttle bus while taking flights other than the above, please make sure to book an incoming flight arriving before the designated flight and a departing flight leaving after the designated flight.

<Fees>
Seminar fee: 30,000JPY (covering 3-day sessions)
Hotel rate: 105USD/person/night for double occupancy (no meal included)
Miscellaneous fee: 40USD
Shuttle bus fare: TBA
• Hotel charge and miscellaneous fee will be collected in advance. Payment instruction will be provided at registration.
• Seminar fee and shuttle bus fare will be collected on site.
• Registration for less than 3 days is accepted (seminar fee at 10,000JPY per day). Ask for details upon registration.
• If you prefer single-occupancy at hotel, please inform so at registration. Keep in mind, however, that there is no guarantee whether a single room will be available.

<Registration Deadlines>
1st Deadline: 12pm on October 31, 2017 (Tuesday) – Japan Standard Time
2nd Deadline: 5pm on November 21, 2017 (Tuesday) – Japan Standard Time
