Kanto Region Seminars for August 2021: Pre-registration Required

Following 3 seminars in the Tokyo-Yokohama metro area for August 2021 will require pre-registration.

Each of these seminars offer 2 sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and change the participants for each session.

If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, organizers will decide which registrations to accept by lot. Applicants will be notified whether their registration is accepted or not before the seminar date.

Fureai-no-kai seminar scheduled for August 21, 2021 (Sat) requires pre-registration for attendance to manage the maximum capacity of the venue.

Pre-registration is required for attendance. For registration, please send email to ryukyu-doai@outlook.jp no later than June 25 (Fri). In email, please include your address and phone number along with the info of which day (also specify which session, AM or PM, if you have preference) to attend. If seats are available, you can attend both sessions each day. Please indicate if you are interested in attending both sessions.

If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, the organizing staff will decide which registrations to accept by lot. Applicants will receive confirmation email by June 30 (Wed) whether/how your registration is accepted.

Venue is changed to Mario Royal Kaikan, on the 3rd Floor of Bellvia Shopping Mall annexed to the Chino Station of JR Line.

Tenshi-no-kai seminar on July 5 (Mon) require pre-registration for attendance to manage the maximum capacity of the venue.

Pre-registration starts now and ends when the venue capacity (100pax) is reached. Comments from Organizer:
* No food or beverage is allowed in the seminar room, except for a bottled water. There is a coffee shop on the 2nd floor in the building.
* If you come with a small child, we kindly ask for your consideration to keep the room silent for meditation.
* We ask you NOT to attend the seminar if you stay in regions where considered covid-19 high risk countries after June 21, 2021.

Comments from Organizer:
* Eating/drinking is not allowed in the common area like the lobby and the garden. You can have lunch inside the venue room (Reception Hall 1) only.
* There is no convenience store or ATM near the venue.
* We ask you NOT to attend the seminar if you have any of the typical symptoms of COVID-19 such as high fever or stay in regions where considered covid-19 high risk countries after June 23, 2021.

Some seminars have been livestreamed since May 2021. Instead of informing schedules and login details through the What’s New notices each time, we have launched a new webpage where you can easily check the confirmed livestream schedules and login info anytime you need.

Please open the “Seminar Schedules” page from top page menu, and then you see the newly added section, “Livestream Schedules”. The link there will open the page that lists seminars and programs to be livestreamed and gives the login instructions.

Iris-no-Kai Seminar for June 2021

Iris-no-Kai Seminar for June 2021 will be held as follows.

Date: June 9, 2021 (Wednesday)
Venue: Kanponoyado Ena (2709 Oicho, Ena-shi, Gifu)

This seminar offers 2 sessions a day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, and changes participants for each session. The morning session is reserved for Chinese guests and local guests, so please walk in to the afternoon session.

*Face-covering is required in the entire facility, and we also ask you to clean your hands using sanitizer at entrance.
*You are not allowed to bring in foods at the facility. Beverages in a bottle with lid are OK to bring in. Restaurant inside the building will close on the day, but cafe will open and offer light meals. There is a park nearby where you can eat lunch if the weather permits.
*Common room will be available right next to the venue. Please feel free to place your luggage or stay with your small child there.
*Please refrain from speaking loud or making loud sounds in the facility as there are hotel guests other than seminar participants.
