Tokyo Region Seminars for August 2022: Pre-registration Required

Following 2 seminars in the Tokyo area for August 2022 will require pre-registration.

Each of these seminars offer 2 sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and change the participants for each session.

If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, organizers will decide which registrations to accept by lot. Applicants will be notified whether their registration is accepted or not before the seminar date.

Yokohama Shizen Seminar for August 2022: Pre-registration Required

Yokohama Shizen Seminar for August 2022 will require pre-registration.

Date: August 7 (Sunday), 2022
Venue: Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center, Multipurpose Hall on 14th Floor

There are 2 sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

For registration, contact yokohamasizen@gmail.com by July 30 (Saturday). Please inform which session you would like to be in. You can participate in both sessions if seats are available, so please indicate so if you would like to sign up for both sessions.

If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, organizer will decide which registrations to accept by lot. Applicants will be notified whether their registration is accepted or not by August 1 (Monday).

Ryukyu Do Ai Seminar for August will be held for 3 days from 12th (Fri) to 14th (Sun) at Okinawa Sen-in Kaikan. Please note that the seminar period is shortened to 3 days from April onwards.

Pre-registration is required for attendance. For registration, please send email to ryukyu-seminar@outlook.jp no later than August 2 (Tue). In email, please include your address and phone number along with the info of which session(s) to attend.

If the application volume exceeds the venue capacity, the organizer will decide which application to accept by lot. Applicants will receive confirmation email by August 6 (Sat) whether/how your registration is accepted.

Notes ♦Fee-based shuttle is available as follows (2,000JPY; penalty if canceled on/after Jul 30). Please inform at registration if you need a ride.
• August 4 (Thu): Leaves the Center at 16:30, arrives Naha Airport Domestic Terminal around 18:30 and arrives Sen-in Kaikan around 19:00
♦Shuttle between Yui-Nakijin, Motobu downtown, Sesoko Island and the Center is available at cost during the seminar dates (Aug 2 – 4). Please inform at registration if you need a ride.

Tenshi-no-kai seminar on July 18 (Mon/Holiday) require pre-registration for attendance to manage the maximum capacity of the venue.

10:30 – 11:30 Group Meditation (guided by Mr. Uezu)

14:00 – 15:00 Group Meditation (guided by Mr. Uezu)

Pre-registration starts now and ends when the venue capacity (100pax) is reached. Please contact info@uezu.net for registration and inquiries; include your name, mailing address and phone number in your registration email. Applicants will receive confirmation email whether/how your registration is accepted.

Comments from Organizer:
* No food or beverage is allowed in the seminar room, except for a bottled water. There is a coffee shop on the 2nd floor in the building.
* If you come with a small child, we kindly ask for your consideration to keep the room silent for meditation.
* We ask you NOT to attend the seminar if you have covid-19-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat and the like.
* We ask you to properly wear a face covering inside the facility and use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer at entrance.
