♦Registration for India Seminar will be reopened from 9am on July 26 (Fri) through 6pm on November 30 (Sat), 2019 JST.
• Any application submitted before 9am on July 26 will be void.
• Registration may be closed even before the registration open period ends once the seminar capacity is reached.

♦Availability of triple-occupancy rooms can be increased by adding extra bed into a twin/double room. If you would like to change your room type from double occupancy to triple, please inform the organizer by November 30, 2019. Applicable refund will be made after all the rooming arrangements are finished.
• Any other change requests should be also informed to the organizer by November 30, 2019.
